Summer404error ships worldwide with DHL Express.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. During launches or busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number by email.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Summer404error is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns

If you want a refund, please send us an email at summer404error@gmail.com and we will make it happen.

  • Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers outside the EU are responsible for correctly declaring the parcel as “Returned Goods / Return Merchandise” to avoid customs charges.

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes paid are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the parcel is received and inspected.
